Description
To conceptualize and create customer value propositions across segments retail banking. Identify segments within reatil banking and define key eligibility criteria. Put together segmentation rules and processes around segment movements. Lead and deliver strategic initiatives for enhancing existing segment offers.

About The Job

Responsible for developing and implementing attractive value propositions for PBG segments as per strategic directives of the Personal banking group and identify gaps in the current proposition. Proactively suggest initiatives to fill gaps.
Reviewing PBG customer base and identifying key customer segments, their requirements and revenue potential.
Drawing up segmentation criteria and value propositions based on these criteria.
Develop and leverage an in depth understanding of customer needs within the segment.
Identifying segment opportunities, develop strategies, value propositions, product positioning and marketing programs to differentiate the bank from competition and drive book and revenue growth.
Devising and documenting on-boarding and exit policies for customers into and out of these segments.
Working with the marketing team to create customer communication for each of these segments.
Develop a process to gather and communicate appropriate competitive intelligence to drive strategy development and educate the field on marketplace dynamics
Create, propose and assist in implementation of strategic alliances for CVP enhancements
Continue to deepen and grow our existing customer base with new and enhanced segment propositions on an ongoing basis.
Leverage internal and external resources to deliver compelling marketing programs that include digital, ATL and BTL communication, PR, sales kits and training.
Work closely with IT, marketing, product managers, operations and various other units within the bank to enable ease of delivery for segment proposition requirements
Develop strong relationships with external vendors and strategic business partners and associates to achieve mutually beneficial business targets and ensure providing best value bundled with the Bank’s products and services.
Manage all Compliance and Audit requirements, internal and external reporting via MIS within policy guidelines, to ensure high standards of Bank’s compliance

Qualification

Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Knowledge & Experience

5-10 years’ experience in the field of product development in banking/ financial services industry in the UAE.
Understanding of banking and Insurance and financial products
Knowledge of marketing and banking operations
Skills
Excellent command in English Language.
High calibre communication & presentation skills – written & oral.
