Job Description:
Screen resumes and application forms.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
Follow up with candidates to attend interviews in scheduled date, time and venue.
Assessing applicants'' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Assist with the Visa Application process.
Design creative sourcing strategy and build strong pipelines for specific roles.
