Description
What are we looking for?

Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognised university in a relevant discipline. An additional higher degree or qualification will be advantageous but not mandatory for this role.
Have at least 10-15 years’ of relevant work experience in the Management Consulting space with reputed Consulting firms and a core focus on the Oil & Gas sector. Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector, either Technical or Operations, will be good to have but not mandatory.
Should have a demonstrable track record and a strong existing network with key Oil & Gas players, Clients, and National companies in the Middle East region.
Should have the knowledge and hands-on experience in providing Consulting services to Oil & Gas Clients and preferably in all or some of the business aspects like - Business transformation, Performance Improvement, Process Re-engineering, Project Management, and Digital Transformation.
Should have a proven capability and strong track record in Business Process Management, Operating Model Design, and Technology Project Delivery.
Eager to build market propositions around core engineering/ business assurance capabilities.
Comfortable in balancing the focus on both business development and delivery.
Able to communicate and present effectively with different levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Good project management skills and a strong commercial acumen.
Enthusiastic, flexible, and results orientated approach with a ‘can do’ attitude.
A high level of organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise.


What will you be doing?

To monitor developments in the industry and competitors relevant to Consultancy and to play an active role in recommending areas for future development to influence the long-term business and/or marketing and/or communication strategy for LR.
Assist Senior Managers in developing the business within a business area to meet future business/commercial demands to improve Lloyd’s Register’s competitive position.
Develop prospects and opportunities in the market that are aligned to the strategy of LR, and to develop proposals to meet Client needs whilst ensuring favourable commercial outcomes for LR.
To manage projects within a discipline/area and ensure they are in accordance with quality system requirements, cost structures, and budgetary/contractual requirements.
To contribute specialist technical, commercial, Consulting knowledge within your discipline and/or lead in projects which provide commercially focussed support and/or service delivery to internal and/or external Clients.
Develop the capacity and capability of the business through recruitment, management of the team, and coaching and mentoring of employees to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.
To pursue Continuous Professional Development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
